About Cogence Training
Cogence Training is led by Robert Goate, a qualified Learning and Development specialist, business psychologist and educator who has been teaching, training and consulting for over 25 years.
His consultancy and leadership experience was gained with Emap Media, his own business consultancy working with clients such as DfE, Saatchi and Saatchi, ZenithOptimedia, QMU, and most recently group head Learning and development for BPP Professional Education, where in addition to setting up a high quality L &D function for the group, he also provided training for clients including Bank of China, Santander and Johnson and Johnson..
Cogence Training works on the principle that the best education and training is achieved through the design and delivery of stimulating, thought-provoking and memorable training underpinned by psychological evidence to achieve learning retention and recall.
